Stakes winner Southern Success will stand in 2013 at Barbara Rickline’s Xanthus Farm near Gettysburg, Pa. A fee will be announced later.
Southern Success, who won the Dover Stakes at 2, has sired several winners including Golden Success and Successful Prenup, each of whom has won four races this year.
By Dixieland Band, Southern Success is out of the winning A.P. Indy mare My Success, a half sister to three-time grade I winner Affirmed Success.
Southern Success stood in 2012 at Indiana Stallion Station near Anderson, Ind.
