Dr. William Solomon’s Pin Oak Lane Farm, located near New Freedom, Pa., has dropped the fee for Rockport Harbor to $7,500. He stood in 2012 for $12,500. Pin Oak Lane also announced it will offer multiple mare discounts to Rockport Harbor and Offlee Wild.
