2026 Yearling Show Entry Form
2026 PHBA Yearling Show takes place Saturday, June 20th at Brandywine Polo Club. PLEASE NOTE: Copies of Coggins and EHV-1 vaccination must be presented the day of the show at check in. You are responsible to bring the following items: shavings, stall webbing, double snaps, water buckets, fans, extension cords, and any additional items necessary for your horse's stabling arrangements.
